After recently turning 18, and providing the last four for my social (which is a bit excessive), my identity verification failed for their online services. I tried to reach out to get it resolved and was met with the same copy and paste message multiple times with no attempt to help me. I wouldn’t recommend you give any money to a lottery with that poor customer service. I understand having safe guards but no manual verification is absurd, I will never be able to play the lottery online for the rest of my life is basically what I was told. I won’t be playing even in person any longer due to their horrific customer service and no attempt to help me.
