My last time playing online. I won a free ticket and it did not pop up on my account. That makes me wonder if this lottery stuff is even more of a scam than I thought. I called customer service and the guy couldn't help me. He tells me he'll open a case. I asked for the case number and he wouldn't give me one. DO NOT trust online anymore they might be switching your numbers up and stuff. Just go in store like I will from now on!
