I was p laying and the online diggi games would not give me my money it said win 900,740,etc. The screen froze on a couple games and other games with progressive had blocks grayed out. Horrible they have to know that the online diggi isn't working correctly and reflecting people game play wins. I did check my transaction activity and I should have1525.1 my account says 310. I seen it with my own eyes, and I want my money. I have emailed support as the 1800 number directed. I also emailed contact us for complaints and comments, other, technical support on the website. The customer service is closed 12 pm and opens back up at 7am WHY would you not have customer service at night, but games are available I will keep everyone up to date with what happens next. I put three because of the issue, but it would have been a five, please I hope this is not my last experience with galottery.com.
