I was cheated. I should have been refunded when the machine didn't work after it accepted my money. When I put the money in the Fort Knox machine my credits didn't show up and it kept saying waiting on the machine to add $20. It said something about doorsclosed that I didn't understand. I asked the clerk about what to do and she was really rude and no help. She did give me a number 4 the people who repair the machines so I called them. They respond they r not responsible for refunds either and suggest I come back the next day when the tech arrives. R they kidding me? It is located right off the interstate where people r mostly just passing thru. I think the clerk knew all she would have to do is reset it after I left and she could use my money. She didn't bother to go see which machine or put an out of order sign on it. I would not have played it anyway if I had known they don't give cash payouts.Why is that not allowed since u get cash payouts 4 winning scratch offs? Doesn't make sense at all. I tried to contact the lottery directly by sending 2 emails but they must block complaints because I looked in my sent files they were not there.
