Absolutely ridiculous experience. I tried to purchase Crimson Desert while it was listed at €53. I used a promo code (GGDEALS13) which brought the total down to €49. I hit purchase, and their system randomly canceled my order. When I immediately went back to buy it again, the base price had magically jumped up to €68.
They essentially canceled my valid order just so they could hike up the price and force me to pay more. Support was completely useless and refused to honor the original price that I had already locked into my cart. Do not trust their pricing or their checkout system.
