Nor the company has any interest to improve customer experience. 3-Expects customer to spend endless hours to just come and check if the product is back in stock or not. 4-Product goes out of stock at checkout. Happened more than two times. This site just plays with you. Doesn't seem real. 5- No details about the used products condition. 6-Sad place for anyone looking for a good customer service.
