Thank you for clearing up everything.. Still could be better though

Okay I bought my coins at 11pm last night so I wasn’t expecting to get them anytime soon after, wasn’t even expecting them this morning. But now it’s almost 2pm and I still haven’t received my coins and your customer service which supposedly answers “within 20 seconds” still hasn’t answered me.Edit: So had to find out myself that they needed confirmation of my order and card sent in another email. Now I’m still waiting for my coins. So partly my fault but I’ve still been waiting hours even after the confirmation and customer support still hasn’t answered my earlier questions. I was only trying this out because I have severe social anxiety and didn’t want to have to deal with people and still get my coins quickly. But honestly reddit is the better option. You can get 1 million coins for $75-80 from a majority of buyers while these guys are $107 which is the cheapest option for these websites but still barely worth it especially with the poor customer service and long waiting timeFinal review: Okay I didn’t know that’s how the support chat worked. And you did buy the card quickly after the repost so thank you, only thing I have to disagree with is that the card hadn’t expired yet but I’m going to go ahead and put that one on EA not you guys so thank you. In the end I’ll up it to three stars only because again there are cheaper options and it seems I’m not the only one who has problems with your somewhat vague instructions. From my knowledge there was nothing on your website that said I needed to confirm my card and purchase for being a first time buyer with a large purchase. I also hope I don’t have to do that every time I buy over $100 worth of coins
