I ordered 10 packs through Game Nerdz and I was excited to receive them, but I noticed that the packs looked resealed. Through further investigation, they were 100% resealed to the point you can see strings of hot glue. I called customer support and the guy that answered told me to send him pictures of the pack and he will investigate. I requested a refund through the website and sent the email just for it to be rejected. I called support again and this time a woman answered. She proceeded to say that it’s basically not their fault since they get it straight from the pokemon center and I have to take it up with them. She also admitted that they receive bad quality items from the pokemon center and that I shouldn’t worry since it could be because they are rushing to produce products. Why are you selling bad products to your customers??? Not only that, they will send you an email saying making claims like that is detrimental to their company even though they know they have bad products. They will try to wash their hands of it by sending upset customers to the pokemon company so the money doesn’t come out of their wallets. If you are a first time buyer, I would think twice before ordering through them. They will knowingly send you faulty products and deny your refund.
