We have been purchasing these light sets from the beginning. However, the most recent ones we installed were defective. One even short-circuited and emitted a burning smell, which was alarming since we were home at the time. The warranty feels like just a piece of paper. When reaching out for support, you face numerous questions (they ask for detailed information about the issue with each piece, even videos). This makes getting replacements a lengthy and frustrating process, leaving you with a partially functional set. Given the price, I plan to look for alternatives in the future.
