I order catcher’s gear for my son, it did not fit. I tried to exchange it and they sent me a return label. I kept on following up after I return my item and they told me that it was not supposed to be delivered until 4 days later and then they will ship my new item. I needed the new item since it has been at least a week of my return. I asked them to please just return my item, I knew I would be charged for the return shipping. They never reply and the 5 days later my original item was return to me. I feel like this people are scammers.
In case you are wondering like I was: These guys are legit. I had not heard of them, but they were one of the few places we could find the item we were looking for. I tried them for the first time and had a great experience. Ordered an expensive catcher gear set, and it was drop shipped to us directly from All Star - brand new, exactly what we ordered.
