They deceived us. We were informed that their identification systems were down and that we would need to wait a few weeks. After that period, they claimed they could not provide the full membership, despite previously assuring us we would receive a full month's subscription as compensation for the inconvenience. Now, they are unresponsive to our messages and calls, and their phones seem to be turned off.
