Im a pc and xbox user and i bought a kaleid flux controller mainly because the original xbox one broke and its amazing, some say that wired only controllers are not worth it, but they are so generous that they include a 3m cable on the box of all wired controllers! So you pretty much have no problems, been using for 8 months now, and had no problems and i probably wont have, because with the magnetic sticks those get no drift, and they feel much much much more smooth than regular ones, i also had a little problem where the xbox game pass promotional code that came with my controller was somehow already redeemed, but i contacted support and they provided me a new one fast! Overall, this was my first experience with a gamesir product and if i ever need so, i would buy another controller from them
