I asked for help and they replied within the span of 5-10 minutes at 2 something in the morning! Help was professional and helping me with trouble shooting the problem. I did not feel that they were writing me off at all, and that they were genuinely trying to help me. I appreciate the help so much and would recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a new controller!
