I had a issue with my Cyclone 2 not connecting to the dongle, I went through three amazing tech support people. Cyfer, Soul, and Eclipse all went above and beyond to figure out the issue. Soul walked me through software updates and everything, but Cyfer ended up finding the issue was I was sent the wrong dongle, and quickly fixed the issue with sending me a new one. They all have wonderful additudes and you can tell they genuinely care about you and the problem at hand. 100/10 experience. My controller is fantastic and will definently be getting another one for my hubby!
