I purchased a top end special edition Gamesir G7 Pro controller back in October 2025. The product arrived with a battery charging issue which did not let me use it wirelessly which was one of its capabilities.When I reached out to the Gamesir support team on Discord, they immediately ran me through the process to try to reset it and reinstall drivers in case there was any error in that aspect. But the issue seemed to be more hardware-related. The technician who helped me asked me to send him some videos showing the issue and immediately placed an order for a new repalcement.I am happy to say that I received my new controller last week and it works great! Highly recommend Gamesir for good quality product and great support!
