I bought a gaming controller and within a month, the right trigger became erratic and stopped registering. I attempted to contact the support team via email but didn't get a response. I then used a messaging platform to show them a video of the problem along with the required details, and they promptly sent a replacement. I do wish communication could be done through email instead of the messaging platform, as it has a bit of a learning curve, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, the issue was resolved, and I would consider purchasing again.
