Ordered 5 games from the site. One was dispatched within a couple of days, no problem. Several days went past, no word on the others. Sent a chase-up email and waited a few days, no reply. Managed to contact Gavin (the guy that runs the site) by phone, we had an honest and productive conversation. He apologised for the delay, provided an explanation, then promised to contact the supplier and get back to me by the next working day. I got a text within 3 hours to say the supplier had been contacted and items would arrive with the seller soon, the next day i got an email confirming my items had been shipped to my address. Items arrived after another day or so. Very happy overall. Props to Gavin for taking ownership of the situation and getting it sorted, despite the circumstances.
