Misleading Purchase Experience

I made a purchase believing it was the actual game, only to find out it was access to a Steam account. I requested a refund almost immediately, but I have yet to receive it. The information wasn't clearly presented, making it difficult for individuals with dyslexia and ADHD to understand. I won't be buying from this seller again.

Disappointed with the experience

I bought a game from this platform, and I'm relieved I did it on my old laptop, because when I attempted to access the game download link, a virus compromised my computer and attempted to take control. Thankfully, my antivirus software saved me, but now it prevents me from using my browser or visiting the site, which feels strange. I am requesting a refund and intend to report the platform and the game seller for this unacceptable behavior.

Cannot use your own account to play

Did not realize it was not a full license to download onto my on Steam account. If buying from here you can only use the game via their gaming account, which means you need to log out of your account and log onto theirs.
