My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating. My balance has been stuck in 'Pending' status since November 29th, 2025, with no resolution in sight. The site crashes frequently, and the support team is virtually absent; every time I submit a support ticket, it is closed immediately without any response or explanation. I have sent multiple emails that have gone completely ignored. Given this lack of transparency and communication, I cannot recommend dealing with them.
