I deposited around $25 into my account, but their system stopped working entirely. The webpage closed unexpectedly. This feels like a scam operation. I will never use such a poorly designed platform again. The user experience is terrible, the interface is awful, and the customer support is even worse. When I requested a refund, they claimed their system would be back soon and even linked to a Discord that was deleted. It felt like a way of saying they won't return my money, and there's nothing I can do. I won't use this service again, especially run by such unreliable individuals.
