My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating. My balance has been stuck in 'Pending' status since November 29th, 2025, and there seems to be no resolution in sight. The site often crashes, and the support team is virtually nonexistent; every time I submit a support ticket, it gets closed immediately without any response or clarification. I've also sent several emails that have been completely overlooked. Due to this lack of transparency and communication, I cannot recommend engaging with them.
