Ordered two big prints and waited patiently for about a month. When I finally received the package, a poster tube, it was empty. I immediately contacted both carrier and Gamma made and initially GM was very responsive. They asked for pictures of the tube and the labels on it. I supplied these and got a helpful response back. That was a month ago and ever since there has been complete radio silence and no responses to my inquiries. I’ve been polite and understanding throughout this disappointing process. But the fact remains that I’ve spent quite a bit of money for something I’ve never received and are now being ghosted.
