I purchased a GAN Speed Cube Lube set and unfortunately one of the three lubricants arrived with a defective opening mechanism and couldn’t be used.I contacted customer support, explained the issue and provided a video as requested. Even though the request was made outside the standard replacement period, they still took the time to review my case and offered me a gift card as a goodwill gesture.I really appreciated their polite communication and willingness to find a reasonable solution.
