The absolute worst support I’ve ever received. The live chat person lied to me and had me wait for 25 minutes pretending to look up information on my account repeatedly. Once I finally confronted them asking what exactly they were looking up while they kept saying one moment please....they said, “actually we don’t have access to anything from here. You’ll have to open a support ticket to resolve your problem.” I then opened a support ticket and had it slowly lag over multiple days. At every step, of the ~6 step process, which usually returned misleading and confusing errors. They would reach out, reactionary saying “I see you now did X so we’re closing your ticket. You’re welcome.”I would then stumble along until I got to the next, seemly for-no-reason impassible web form. When I would get stuck I would email support and they’d say (usually next day or multiple hours later). Oh I just submitted that form, try again. What seems to be the problem? When I would try again, it would now magically submit. ( obviously something configuration based has been altered )It took me a lot of time and patience which I eventually lost, during which the name of the game was, waiting for automatic templates to be applied. They’d silently fail. When I’d figure out all possible combinations of settings to try and the form failed to fail then I’d wait 12 hours to notice I’d moved to the next step. Reply to Support’s erroneously resolved ticket. Ask them why step 2’s form didn’t submit. Etc Took me about 6 days of emailing and live chat to transfer in my domain from another registrar and add a single DNS record.
