The item did not arrive, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I completed my order with auto-fill for my details, but the order was processed without the street address, including only the apartment number and street name. Tracking showed that it wasn't delivered due to this incomplete address. I reached out to the seller immediately to explain the situation. They informed me that they would not accept the return-to-sender and considered the package lost, despite it being trackable, and they refused to respond to any further emails. Although I had been a customer for years, I will definitely not be returning. This has been a waste of both money and time. Now, I can only warn others to stay away from this service and share my negative experience whenever possible.
