I reached out to customer service, as I received a Perfect Puff Jacket for Christmas, by mid-February it has ripped along 2 different seams and has already lost 2 buttons, which seems like a quality issue and I reached out hoping there is some kind of warranty or replacement I am eligible for. I was told they couldn't do anything for me except offer me 300 points towards my next purchase. 300 points is $10, the jacket was $130 - safe to say I will never be shopping there again after this experience, they've lost a very loyal customer who has spent A LOT of money there.
