Terrible customer service! I received a sweatshirt as a holiday gift. I noticed that the stitching was crooked on part of it but I thought it would be fine. Unfortunately it ripped after wearing it once. I chatted with customer service and they said because it was ordered in November (even though I didn't open the gift until December) and because the tag was removed, they could not help me. For the price of their products, I would expect much better cusomter service! I will never shop here again.UPDATE 3/10/26: I emailed customer service as recommended in their response to my review. After sending pictures of the damage, they "escalated" my concern. The "escalation" person Joel (Customer Care Expert Supervisor according to his email signature) said there is nothing they can do because the original tag was removed and they cannot confirm it was defective. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. This brand does not stand by their products and they will not help you if the product is defective. They are not following their own policy for defective items as stated in the FAQ on their website. Next up, I will contact the credit card company and BBB.
