Worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order and only received 2 of the 3 items I purchased. When I called customer service they said that it shows all items were delivered and can’t do anything about it except for me to dispute it with my bank. I called again as I wasn’t sure this was protocol and the rep said that they can’t do anything as it shows it was delivered. So spent $65 on a hoodie sweatshirt and can’t even get a replacement or refund from them which is ridiculous considering higher end clothing stores will replace it. NEVER SHOPPING THROUGH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
