Booked Wednesday for after 2pm, they cancelled and they rebooked for Thursday morning, they cancelled again and they rebooked for Friday 0800 to 1200. Called them at 1200, said delayed, but would still be coming. Received another cancellation at 1230. Called again, offered Saturday morning. Gave up, degraceful service, we live only 4 miles from Caldicot. AVOID
