I ordered Secateurs, they are exactly what I was looking for, I have no problem with Garden centre, I have a major problem with the courier (DPD),I was offered a safe place for the parcel to be delivered if no one was home to receive the parcel, this is my rear garden through a side gate, the parcel arrived at the time I was informed it would do, but, the DPD driver didn't try ringing the door bell, he just threw the parcel over the side gate (at least six foot tall), my wife and I witnessed the parcel fly over the gate and land with a bang, I confronted the driver he informed me the gate was locked! Again, he didn't even try to open it, the gate was unlocked which I showed him, the driver didn't even apologise, he walked back to his vehicle exclaiming a derogatory phrase at my self and my wife then drove past smiling and waving,I have no problem with the Garden centre, just the total unprofessional conduct and rudeness of the DPD driver, as a result I feel I cannot order anything else from the Garden centre.
