First off I want to say how much I wanted to love this service, but I didn’t. The idea of having salads delivered that were delicious and fresh is an excellent idea! I read the reviews and decided to try them anyway. The salads were the perfect size for a meal, just enough to fill me up. The dressings however are very bland and lack flavor and the meat included is the same. The buffalo chicken one has no flavor of buffalo sauce that I tasted. The steak one wasn’t very good either. Basically all the proteins lacked flavor. The cherry tomatoes included in the salads were mostly mushy. For the most part, the salads were ok if they were half the price they are, but they are definitely not worth the price. My biggest issue was with customer service. I prefer to refer to it as customer nonservice. I contacted them with an issue of being charged for 2 boxes a week before they were to be delivered and was basically told too bad, we can’t stop the shipment. I wish I had listened to the reviews and just purchased pre made salads from Walmart, I would have been better off. They’re under $5 and are just as good as these, some are actually better, like the Southwest Chicken Salad.
