Layout of the site is very user friendly.Online discussions, library, sharing of experiences, knowledge and past course materials are all very useful.Regular feedbacks from the tutors help improve the learning experience further.The reason why I did not give 5 stars is that when the same question(s) asked by students, the response from the tutors sometimes is"I will reach out to you via email" and this is repeated for all the other students wanting to know the same thing. If students are saying "I'd like to know too"; it's obvious more support needed on the topic and the answer should be shared with the wider group.
