We have been looking for a large Tuscan Terracotta pot for a while. Gardenesque had a fair few really good ones so we ordered one. The pot arrived fairly quickly on a pallet.Unfortunately it had alot of cracks at the base so I emailed Gardenesque and sent photos.They were quick to respond and sent a replacement out immediately. Laurence was so kind, v quick to respond and attentive, he handled the situation perfectly and thankyou.Although not a great start, we had a good ending snd will definitely order from Gardenesque again!
