Pre-ordered (well in advance) some products so that they would be delivered within a set window (of one week). Despite regular contact by me (email and phone) highlighting the importance of receiving the goods within that week, they dispatched the goods at the last possible minute and their courier (DX) failed to deliver. We were immigrating out of country so asked courier to return the goods. When we contacted Gardenesque about this 'grand failure' the response was so pathetic and uncaring. I am still awaiting a refund. These guys do not care about their customers.
