Delivery was a nightmare. Ended up having to spend hours going back and forth between the local outsourced delivery companies. For some reason the item (a Kamado BBQ) was sent to the wrong postcode which was totally different to that on my order confirmation (my actual address).The Kamado arrived and is great but has quite a few flaws and chips on the outside which is a shame. Happy I got it in the sale - I'd be looking to return it otherwise and would definitely not pay full price for it. Definitely won't be ordering any large items from Gardenesque again and am unsure whether I would order anything from them again at this moment.
