I have used Garden of life for years and I never had an issue until recently. I have ordered zinc on their website on December 1, 2024, and today is January 10, 2025 and I still have not received my order. Their customer service is terrible. I wrote to them on numerous occasions regarding my order. They have advised me that the product is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back and can't give a date. They refused to acknowledge the issue. This truly angers me.Update: worst service, they have returned money to my account without letting me know nor us agreeing for the product to be cancelled. So disappointing.
