Garden plants online got this removed. So just putting it back out there.
Please see below the most unprofessional email from the sales manager at Online Garden Plants. As my previous review stated, I received a plant with rot that died in 11days…according to them this was my issue. Stating I over watered, which I did not. Look at the response…calling me entitled because I put the picture of the dead plant on my Instagram. I’d avoid this company if you want any professional service.

I cant imagine anyone’s willing to help after your nonsense review and Instagram story. They were being very generous with their discount after you killed the plant from over watering, we delivered a healthy plant and there is only one way to get a cactus to go from green to mush that fast and its loading it with water.
I would normally offer to sort this out if you removed your review but with someone like you, you’d just post it again after you received the reorder.
Please see image below of the healthy plant we delivered, it would have taken years to grow to this size and is clearly green on top, somehow after us keeping it healthy for 5+ years it deteriorates in 11 days and its not your fault? We offer to replace it incredibly cheap and you think it fit to jump on Instagram and trustpilot and badmouth our business with lies? And now your still asking for help with this? The entitlement.
He now deems the matter closed and has happily kept my £200. Thank you Jack!
