Terrible service from Garden Plants online. Ordered a £60 plant the 26th August and received it the 22nd September. Had no prior notification of when the plant would be delivered. Then discovered it had been delivered whilst I was at work and dumped at my front door, bearing in mind my house is on a public path where anyone could of took it.Overall very dissatisfied with this company and the 5% gesture of goodwill was an insult. You didn't provide a good service, you broke your promises on your emails of notification the day before and the plant doesn't even look that great. I wouldn't buy from them again. I am shocked to read your responses on here to people's complaints, how un professional. *EDIT* Perhaps you didn't send the email the day before as you confirmed that on the phone this was an error on your end. NO emails from you was in my junk/spam!
