The disparity between the product photo and what arrived was crazy. Ordered a mimosa 'tree', but what arrived was a potted branch at best. I wish I could display the photos on here to prove the difference between the voluptuous, full trees that are pictured on the website, compared to the ragged 2 meter stick strapped to some bambo with a handful of mimosa flowers on.
Customer service were attentive, but to date haven't got back to me about return and replacement (offered to pay redelivery fee). In fairness, I wouldn't take it back either. A waste of £82.95.
