Ordered a number of products which were delivered Friday 23rd January, alas one item was missing, rang them snd within an hour they had rung me back, with 'Yes this had been missed', accidents happen. Anyhow asked if I wanted a refund, nope would rather have the product, my resident crows would never let me hear the rest of it! Sort of expected it would arrive sometime during the week, but no, text and email today Sunday 25th January to say it will be delivered today. Now if that isn't the top of customer service I don't know what is. Plus products are first rate and really competitively priced
