Second time I’ve used Andrew Gardner…

Second time I’ve used Andrew Gardner and again extremely satisfied with the whole process. We wanted the survey done as quickly as possible and Leslie was very helpful in reserving us a date until our estate agent was able to confirm. Andrew Gardner rang me this afternoon once he had completed the survey of the property, with a quick outline of any important issues he had found. I was able to ask numerous questions in layman’s terms, for my own peace of mind, I was glad to hear that he found nothing unexpected. He informed me that he will forward a full report of the survey to me within the week.I expected nothing less of this company as this was my experience the last time I chose him to survey the property I was buying.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the second time I have used…

This is the second time I have used Gardners and once again, they were very professional from start to finish. They booked everything in, communicated when the survey would be taking place and when we would receive the report with no delays.
