The quality of the houses is truly outstanding – the attention to detail throughout the property was incredible. From the finishes to the overall design, you can really tell a lot of thought and care has gone into every aspect of the build.
What has impressed us just as much is the aftercare. The team have been absolutely phenomenal – responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is perfect. Any questions or minor issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally, which gives real peace of mind when moving into a new home.

I've been really chuffed both with the quality of the house I bought on the Woodland Chase development as well as the after-sales support I've had from the team dealing with any minor issues and queries.Karen was lovely and answered any questions I had as a first time buyer during the sales process making it much less stressful and Lucy, Ian and Andy from the customer care/maintenance team have really gone above and beyond after I moved in.Couldn't be more impressed, would recommend to anyone!
The Maintenance Team at Lodge Park Homes (Priors Hall) have been absolutely wonderful. I don’t need to call on them much however, from the initial email to Lucy, she has arranged the small repair quickly, efficiently and keeping me informed at all times. Ian (the man on the ground) has carried out the repair within a day or two, efficiently, clean working and respectful of the times I can be at the property. Thank you for your continued support.
Purchasing a home with Lodge Park via Elevation has been a great experience. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks now. Jennie was brilliant at keeping all the processes moving and everyone informed - totally took the stress out of the process. The home is spacious and warm and had a really good finish. On the moving day we were greeted by Ian who was very friendly and professional and helped us understand how everything worked! Thank you to all involved in making a great home for our family :)
Not being able to view my property until the day before handover! I only saw the bungalow during the walk through. I constantly asked to view the property for months.. I was not allowed because of my wheelchair. So we got a shock of the size when we did our walk through! The size wasn't what we expected especially given we don't have a en suite. I've had to give the date below as I can't ho back as far as the 29th of February 2023.
