Dear Garnier representative,I’ve been using garnier nutrisse for 1 year now, (number 5, mocha brown).Up until the last 3 times l have dyed my hair, the colour has been perfect to my own original colour…I was happy but now l am wondering what they have taken from that dye because after less than 2 weeks, my roots are turning blonde…This can’t be right???Why have you changed the dye, because you definitely have…I have to stop using it, as it’s ruining my hair colour…I want to know why this dye is so weak now that it does not stay brown on my roots???Kind regards,Barbara Gordon…
