I’ve been coloring my hair for over 30 years. I bought one of Garnier Nurtrisse products (#362) and instead of it coloring like it was supposed to I ended up with black purple hair! Again, very experienced in coloring hair, but the product that was supposed to be a red burgundy was black/purple! I’ve been trying to reach them for days and when I finally reach someone she wouldn’t let me finish explaining the problem and then hung up on me! Then I call again and get an automated “we are experiencing system problems, try again later”. Wow. Will NEVER use their products again. Buyer beware!!Update, upgraded to two stars because the next customer service person I got was better and said they would send me a refund and some coupons. We shall see…5/29 Coupons received last week. Still no reimbursement6/14 refund check was also received. Updated to 3 stars for doing what they said.
