Visited Santa's Grotto with granddaughter. Very poor experience and certainly not worth the money. Instead of a nice lead up to seeing Santa, you just wait outside a door by plant section, nothing christmasy, and then led into a room. Child sits on a bench, asked a few questions and then given a present, not wrapped up, and not age appropriate. Then as you go out you can buy merchandise. Picture £8 and not good quality. For £15.50 plus a £1.50 booking fee it really was not worth the money. Better experiences elsewhere. The restaurant prices are exorbitant and a long wait.
