From my initial queries with Maria, everything from course booking through to starting the course was straightforward and well explained. The course itself was well structured and delivered by Alan and Surge, who have two very distinctive teaching styles that complemented each other well.By the end of the initial element of the course, we knew exactly what we needed to do before returning for ACS, and we left with the confidence to go out and put it into practice.When I returned for ACS, the assessors were relaxed, professional, and approachable. The refresher training was delivered well, with the key areas covered clearly to carry us into the assessments.The assessments are ultimately down to the individual, but the staff did a great job of creating the right atmosphere, one that put you at ease and allowed you to focus on completing tasks you already knew how to do.Having been in the “training provider research” phase myself before attending, I would be completely comfortable recommending GASTEC to anyone considering the course.
