I have been using Gate.Io for quite some time now and up until recently loved the platform. The problem arises when you actually need help.I am in the process of a token retrieval and I can NOT for the life of me get any help. Initially I was told that this process would take no more than 24 hours. All questions I have asked are simply ignored and I receive a copy / paste answer. I am waiting on almost $3000 and they simply do not care to answer. I doubt I will continue to use Gate after such shocking service. I can only hope that somehow I get my funds returned even though as the blockchain shows they are clearly sitting in the nominated deposit account from Gate.
