Been a customer of gate products for a while now (2+years) and can only recommend them so far. All their products worked for what they were advertised. The only times when I ever had issues were with some optional accessories which have little description and general information. Customer service was a surprisingly great experience. Stated my request and got an answer the next day! I expected my request to take a while since it was nothing all to ordinary but got it done surprisingly quickly compared to other experiences with EMail only service portals (although they do have a discord for general help)
