I had a problem with my new Pulsar D one of the cylinder was leaking. I opened a ticket and got an email response in 2 days with instructions to disassemble and reassemble the said cylinder and it fixed the problem. I followed the instructions for how to open a tech support request in detail and also included a video clip of the gearbox with the audible leaking sound.The instructions to fix the issue was straight forward and helped resolve the issue.
