I was charged 11.99 USD every month for more than two years even though I repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription to a total of $324. Every time I attempted to cancel on the app or website, I got a network exception error, making it impossible to stop the charges. I lost 323.73 USD in total because their cancellation system does not work. Their instructions send you in circles, and nothing actually allows you to cancel. Apple directs you to the developer, and the developer provides steps that still do not work. This behavior violates basic consumer protection laws and the standard policies expected from legitimate subscription services. I am filing a dispute with my bank and will report this to the appropriate agencies if not resolved. I strongly advise avoiding this service and never, ever entering your payment information.
